The way to capture these buyers who are searching from locations throughout the nation & world is through a high quality presence from photos to websites to exposures on the internet based resources that fit the property, such as Dupont Registry and Wall Street Journal Online. We don’t want a listing that will promote ourselves with our personal photos plastered on ads, signs, fancy fliers, bus benches, business cards and other promotional material. That does not sell a home! We put our dollars where they are most effectively spent in the New real estate market, the Internet!
